Great Player. Clear picture, great sound and only slightly slower load times than a normal DVD player. Works Great! I am yet to have any problems with this player, it has played every Blu-Ray I've thrown at it flawlessly. Not real impressed. I purchased the Philips Blu-ray player. Won't play my Blue Ray discs. I bought this player in June, I did not get a 1080p tv until Dec. Great Blu-Ray Player. I just picked up this model a few weeks ago, and so far I'm very impressed. Excellent Picture and Sound. Just got this player, tried 3 blu ray movies, Ultraviolet, X-Men and Kingdom of Heaven, the picture is beautiful, on par with HD DVD player, also upscales regular dvds very nicely, played Star Wars Episode 3 and it looked great. A Quick Look. Great picture! Better Than I Thought It Would Be - URGENT UPDATE. URGENT UPDATE: INSTALL SAMSUNG 1. Bogus Sale. I never could get this product to play my Blu Ray discs. Won't Play Some Discs. For the money, I am pretty disappointed that this player will not play some discs.
Beware All current Blu-ray players are not capable of firmware upgrades, BR players are not capable of of a lot of special features that HD-DVD is capable of, look at the announcement of the HD-DVD for Blood Diamond and compare it to the BR version.
